K033. The true gospel is not just based on the moral success or failure of those who received it

Many preachers, especially the radical ones boast that their grace message is the only true message which must replace the teaching of repentance, judgement, and warning of sins, because they can prove that millions of people have been transformed and they can show the statistics.
Well, I won't 'buy into it'. How can grace replaces all the truth in the gospel of Jesus Christ, especially His warnings, doctrine, commandments, or judgement? How can it be really the gospel of grace?

I will say, Yes, the fruit of the gospel is important. But have we forgotten the seed which produces the fruit? It must come from the word of God, which is also from Jesus Christ. Yes, we can just boast that so and so, or who and who, or which celebrities .. have listened to our 'grace' message radically and were transformed. But do we realize that what we preach must abide in His words too?

The seed and the fruit must tally. If we have good seed without the fruits, we are like the Pharisees who could bring no fruit of repentance (Mat 3:8). But, if we have bad seed with many 'fruits', we are unlikely to pass the test too. We become like the bad seeds or the 'tares' which will corrupt the word of God in the end:
Mat 13:36-43 KJV  Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.  (37)  He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;  (38)  The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;  (39)  The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.  (40)  As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.  (41)  The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;  (42)  And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.  (43)  Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
