K032. May Jesus bless those who ask good questions

I commented in one of the theologians' posts and said, "We can ignore any question from any tom, dick, and harry; but we'd better sit up and listen if a theologian asks some honest questions"

When I said that, I did not mean that theologians are more superior or more spiritual than the pastors or preachers. Of course, we are all equal in many ways in God's eyes. But theologians do have something more than us: more thoughtful time on certain Bible verses, more Bible experience with different schools of thoughts, more challenging discussions with different Christian groups, more academic discipline from their institutions, more exposure from different denominations and churches, and more Biblical exposition on the words of God than any Tom, Dick, and Harry who will read the Bible and become rash with any word or any thought that may come into their minds.

There are many theologians in the past, present, and even future. But not many will really dare to ask questions, especially honest and good questions. May God bless those who ask good and honest questions because they are honest with themselves first:
Mat 25:37-40 KJV  Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?  (38)  When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?  (39)  Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?  (40)  And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Subsequently, it is not surprising to know that many others will ask ignorant and foolish questions too. But the Lord will point out the deeds that they have done and silent them:
Mat 25:44-46 KJV  Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?  (45)  Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.  (46)  And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

(Please don't get me wrong here. I am not judging anyone. I am just using one of the Lord's parables to show ourselves that, there are those whose questions are honest and good, and they will be answered with good reward; but there are also those who ask ignorant and foolish questions, and they will get only more wrath from the Lord)
