Are you afraid of condemnation?

Most sinners are not afraid of condemnation. However, if you are a sinner and you are afraid of condemnation, it is goodnews. Why? It's because you could be closer to salvation than many other sinners who do not know that they are sinners and that they will be condemned. Hence, your condemnation may lead you to find out the truth and the truth will lead you ultimately to your salvation through Christ.

However, if you are a believer of Christ and you are afraid of condemnation, something is wrong. Probably,

1. you are not a believer of Christ yet,
2. you have not repented yet, because you do not know about repentance, or
3. you do not want to repent, even though you know that you need to repent

Many sinners are looking for alternatives to repentance 
If you belong to one of the categories above, you would be naturally and desperately attracted to the radical grace gospel, whether you called yourselves a believer or not. Why? It's because you would find that the radical grace arguments will justify your unrepentant actions or attitudes above and make you not afraid even though

1. you do not hear repentance, 
2. you do not know repentance, or 
3. you do not want repentance

Radical grace preachers may lead many people to do metanoia which does not deal with sin conscience or confession of sins. However, the conscience of sins or condemnation will always rear its ugly head to haunt them even though they may think that they are true believers who have repented. Hence, many of them are still walking around in 'circles' or in their wilderness while they may still keep hearing repetitive 'no sin', 'no condemnation', and 'no judgement' messages for 'daily survival'. They thought that the key to no condemnation is:

1. constant grace consciousness,
2. radical grace beliefs, or
3. mind changing (metanoia) philosophies  

Can grace consciousness be the alternative to repentance ?
However, they would soon realise that Jesus and Paul had never told us to be grace conscious. Yes, Jesus did show grace to the centurion and the woman who did not have the law of God. Yes, of course, they were not law-conscious because they were not the Jews:

• Mat 8:10-13 KJV  When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.  (11)  And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.  (12)  But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.  (13)  And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.
• Mat 15:25-28 KJV  Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.  (26)  But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.  (27)  And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.  (28)  Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.  

 
There is no alternative to repentance consciousness
Many preachers may say that the two Gentiles above were not law-conscious and that's why they were grace conscious and could sit with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heave, whilst the children of the kingdom (the Jews) were cast out into outer darkness (v11-12). But I would think otherwise. I would think that the centurion and the woman humbled themselves before the Lord because they knew that they were Gentiles who were not worthy. They were repentance conscious; not grace conscious, because they were not very confident whether Jesus would accept them when they were Gentiles. However, the moment Jesus said He would do something for them, they had faith on His words and the healing took place immediately. Now, questions:

• How do we know that the centurion and the woman were repentance conscious and not grace conscious? I will say, Just ask yourselves, 
• Would you believe only the healing power or anointing of your pastor without believing anything he preached? No, you would believe whatever he preaches too.

Similarly, the centurion and the woman believed in the healing power of the Lord. They would have also believed in His preaching and His baptism of repentance too. The centurion was recorded in Mat 8:10-13 whilst the woman recorded in Mat 15:25-28, hence they both must have heard the Lord's sermon on the mount in Mat 5-7 and the Lord's call to the sinners to repentance earlier in these Bible verses:

• Mat 4:16-17 KJV  The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.  (17)  From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
• Mat 9:11-13 KJV  And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?  (12)  But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.  (13)  But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Can there be repentance consciousness if there is no sin conscience to repent? No.
The centurion and the woman knew that Jesus was a repentance preacher and that all the sinners who come to Him must repent as sinners; not as the righteous ones, not as the Pharisees or scribes, and not as the ignorant who do not know about their sins.
That's why I am puzzled by radical grace preacher's definition on repentance as just mind philosophies of changing their minds. I will ask them, How can a sinner repent if he does not know about his sin? And how can a sinner know about his sin if he would not want to hear the preaching of repentance from sins?
However, I believe that the centurion and the woman heard the repentance preaching of the Lord, believed in His words, and knew that they must repent before they came to Him for healing. The moment they knew that Jesus would accept them, their repentance lead them to no condemnation and healing immediately. Unlike the Jews who were ignorant, rebellious, and slow to the hearing of the repentance message, the centurion and the woman repented immediately. Hence, they would not have any sin conscience to offer sin sacrifices like the Jews:

• Heb 10:1-10 KJV  For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.  (2)  For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.  ..  (10)  By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

What Jesus had done 'once and for all' for us cannot be done by all of us
Many preachers think that the effect of the New covenant started only after the death of Jesus Christ. However, I would think that Jesus has shown that He could forgive the sins of the Gentiles even before He died. Now, the centurion and the woman were just a few of the Gentiles who were forgiven without the law or the blood sacrifice of the animals. Would they argue and tell us that, since they had no more conscience of sins to offer blood sacrifice, therefore they would not have any conscience of sins to repent too ? No, the Bible did tell us that the offering of the body of Jesus Christ was done once and for all, but it did not say that our repentance is once and for all our sins in our lives. If we have repented once, it does not mean that we do not repent any more. If we do that, we would not have truly repented yet. Please think, Suppose your husbands or wives had repented and accepted the Lord 20 years ago when they were teenagers. But you discovered that they have committed adulteries. Can you take it if they argue that you have no right to condemn their sins because God has forgiven them the moment they repented 20 years ago when they were teenagers? Can they argue that no one can condemn them because:

• God has forgiven them once and for all ?
• they have repented once and for all ?       

This is ridiculous. That's why radical grace preaching will produce radical thinking, or rather ridiculous thinking ! It is actually 'killing' repentance or taking away the sin conscience to repent from the sinners or from those who need to repent. It is actually removing the gospel of Jesus Christ from this wicked generation !

No one is righteous enough to boast about their righteousness yet
Some of them will argue, "We are not in the wicked generation. Most people will not sin recklessly. Hence, we don't need to preach heavy repentance messages to condemn their sins. Only those who always talk about the laws need to repent. They are the hypocrites because they give many rules to oppress the people. Some of them would condemn you if you are not vegetarians and animal lovers. They would bring sin conscience to you because you eat animals, chicken, beef, and sharkfins .."
I will tell them, I am not an animal activist but I love animals. I am not a vegetarian but I would like to be one. Why do I say so. It's because men are supposed to be animal lovers and not to consume them for our own survival. Because of our fall, no one can really say, "I have not killed any animals and therefore I am righteous before God.." No, no one can boast about it, not even if you claim that you are the righteousness of God in Christ. They will argue, "Why not? We are the righteousness of God. We are in Christ. Why can't we be righteous?" I will tell them, Please let me know if you can find the Bible that says that you are NOW righteous. No, you won't find it but you may find the following Bible verses:

• 2Co 5:21- 6:1 KJV  For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2Co 6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

Both Srong's and Thayer's dictionaries interpret that we might become the righteousness of God but have we become righteous like Christ already? No, we are not yet like Him,

• 1Jn 3:2-4 KJV  Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.  (3)  And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.  (4)  Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

That's why Paul would still humble himself and still consider himself a sinner even though he knew the righteousness of God in Christ.

• 1Ti 1:15 KJV  This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

Hence, the Bible has stated very clearly that we are still sinners although we are saved by grace and considered as 'righteous' in the eyes of God. However, we should not forget our real standing when we are before God and others sinners. Otherwise we would become another version of the Pharisee who thought that he was more righteous than the others in the following Bible verses:

• Luk 18:10-13 KJV  Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.  (11)  The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.  (12)  I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.  (13)  And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

Those who are religious and propose good virtues are not necessarily hypocrites  
They will argue, "No, you are the Pharisees because you are religious and you believe in the law of God when you teach many rules, principles, and commandments which have no power to make you sin no more. Do you know that the law has all become obsolete and we are now in the time of grace? Religious and law conscious people are mostly hypocrites because they would love to condemn others who do not follow them or become vegetarians like them. Do you know Jesus ate fish? He ate animals and had lamb chops too. Will you accuse Jesus for killing animals.."
I will tell them,

• Firstly, please don't think that by bringing up this you can argue that you are not sinful enough to repent before God. Jesus has all the right to eat animals and still be righteous because He is God and He created the animals. But we are not God, we should love all lives including the lives of animals.
• Secondly, you have the impression and give people the impression that all religious people are bad and hypocritical. However, I would think that most religious people are generally good because they want to do good although they are not good enough to redeem themselves from their sins before God. Only the Pharisees were religious people and they are bad. So, don't preach like a radical preacher or mad 'scientist'. You may claim that you have power to sin no more, but it does not mean that they will all sin more than us. Why? Some of them may lead a holier life than many professing Christians and preachers.

In the end time, some churches might be afraid of condemnation too
The radical preachers or radical grace preachers may ask, "Why would you like to condemn only a certain group of people like us? You can never touch us because we know how to preach 'ding dong bell' doctrines to cover our 'front and back'. However, I pity those who are innocent. I am afraid that when you tried to condemn us, you are actually beating and slapping everyone of them just to get one of us. Is it worthy?"
I will tell them, Yes, initially I thought I would just do that. But now I know that I am no longer slapping any mortal man. I am giving the spirit of false doctrine or the spirit of the frogs some tight 'slaps'.

• Rev 16:13-16 KJV  And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.  (14)  For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.  (15)  Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.  (16)  And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

While doing the 'slaps', I admit that my messages could be a bit harsh because I use the law of God or the sword of the Spirit to cut and expose lawless philosophies, but certainly I would not help those who rebel lawlessly to 'wipe their mouths' after they filled their 'stomach and belly of sins and lawlessness'.

1. Rom 16:17-18 KJV  Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.  (18)  For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
2. Php 3:19 KJV  Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
3. Rev 1:16 KJV  And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
4. Rev 2:12 KJV  And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
5. Rev 2:16-17 KJV Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. (17) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
6. Rev 10:1-4 KJV  .. (2) And he had in his hand a little book open.. (4) And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
7. Rev 10:7-11 KJV  But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.  (8)  And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.. (10) And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.  (11)  And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

I will tell them, These warnings are not for the sinners; they are for some churches. The 'thunders' would be so loud that you can't just cup your ears and vehemently deny it with your own radical reasoning or confusions.

• Rev 2:16-17 KJV Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. (17) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches;

If you are a Christian who happens to read the warnings of the Lord above, you should not feel condemned. It's because these warnings and judgement are written to all the churches who are doing fine and to those who are not doing so fine. For those who are doing fine, they should be glad that the Lord's warning and judgement are confirmation that our God is a good God who will reward with justice. For those who have become radical, unsound, and perverted in their own 'repentance' to remove God's laws and commandments, they should be afraid. Yes, His warning could be very harsh and condemning to the false prophets but I don't think it is too harsh when the Lord has to deal with the snakes and frogs in our 'gardens' or churches.

a. About the frogs (with long tongues)

Will the false prophets look like the snakes and frogs ? Of course not. In fact, most of them look much better than frogs or even angels (with the exception of a few). Some of them have 'angelic' voices, and when they gazed at you, you might think that they have the gaze of an angel too. Then why did the Bible say that they will have the spirits of the frogs? I don't have the full answer, but when I googled on frogs, I realise that frogs could be the living creatures which have the longest tongues in the world when it is compared with the size of their bodies - it is 1/3 of their body size. Just imagine what if your dog has tongue as long as 1/3 of its body! Does it mean that false prophets have real tongues which are so long that they can lick a spoon from the kitchen ? No, it is just a figurative term to show that false prophets can really speak and twist with their tongues. No hard feelings, if you have a 'long tongue'. Please use it for God's glory; don't use it to twist the law of God or the word of God.

Some of them may say, "If you think that you have the anointed wisdom to talk about the frogs, I challenge you to talk about the snakes too. If you think that you are God's prophets, do you think that you have a word from God regarding the snakes also? Otherwise, please be silent. You speak too much; you are no better than the frogs too."  I will tell them, I may be something else but I can never be the frogs because I don't speak and I don't have tongues like theirs. Yes, I may write too much, but I've always been keeping silent while you are thinking that you are hearing it loudly. I don't remember saying that I am God's anointed ones, I am God's prophets, or I am 'as He is so am I'. I am just an ordinary man who loves to write, like the Apostles, on the websites; not on the scroll or goat skin. So, I don't need anyone to exalt me as God's anointed one or prophet. I would point out that I will still answer your question or your challenge not because I want to prove that I am the anointed one or christ but because I want to keep my own sanity, especially when I am confronted or challenged by many radical grace philosophies. Anyway I will answer anyone who would challenge me on my understanding of the frogs and snakes too. Yes, Of course, I owe them an explanation on the snakes too if I have explained about the frogs.

b. About the snakes (with double tongues)

Although snakes do not have tongues as long as the frog's, their tongues are equally evasive too. The snakes have forked tongues or 'double tongues'. We know that Jesus had said that the Pharisees were the vipers or snakes. Mat 12:33-34 KJV  Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.  (34)  O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. .. (36) But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. Does it mean that the Pharisees hissed like the snakes literally and have two tongues in their mouth? No, it is just a figurative way of speech to show that the Pharisees are 'ding dong' preachers too. They spoke one thing but meant another or do another. If we questioned them about what they meant, they might always argue that we have misunderstood them and they would keep changing their words until you do not really know what's wrong with them. If they knew that you were confused, they would then turn back, twist your words, and accuse you for  condemning them. Yes, some of the Pharisees might have learnt the skill of 'double tongues' when they knew how to deceive the people by twisting God's words (Mark 7:11-13). However, they were still no match for the beast and the false prophets today who have the spirits and the tongues of the frogs in their mouths (Rev 16:13-16).  

c. About the Son of God (with the sword)

Men have much shorter tongues than the animals. But if we see a man in the Bible with a double-edged sword in His mouth, does it mean that His tongue would always kill and condemn. Of course not. Jesus has the double-edge sword in His month. He may not preach long sermons like some of the preachers today, but His messages are 'short and sharp'. It would surely cut off the long 'sweet and smooth' teaching of the Pharisees and false prophets in the end time.  Rev 1:16 KJV  And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. In the end time, the Lord will not need to say, persuade, convince, preach, or articulate long speeches or sermons like the false prophets; however, His words would have long lasting effect on everyone who hear Him. His words will cut, discern, shine, kill, defeat, protect, save, sanctify, wash, cleanse, instruct, correct, judge, .. etc. Do you know which type of His words is most powerful? Is it the promise of His words? The audible voice of His words, or the wisdom of His words? No, don't let the devils fool you. The most powerful word is His commandment ! It is the sword of the Spirit which will defeat Satan. In the last days, the Word of God will go:

1. from the defensive to offensive,
2. from commanding the people (to obey God and to do good) to cutting and exposing false doctrines (which teach people to do otherwise):

• Eph 6:17 KJV  And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
• Heb 4:12 KJV  For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
• Rev 13:14 KJV  And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
• Isa 51:4-9 KJV  Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people. ..  (9)  Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon? 
• Mat 4:4-11 KJV (4) But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God ... (10)Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.  (11)  Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
  
• Rev 19:15 KJV  And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: ...
• In the last days, the Word of God will carry a sword. And that sword is the commandments of God.

d. About the Word of God (with the commandments of God)

You may think that it is incredible, but I am going to tell you that, in the last days, the wars of the end time is not the fights between the armies against armies, tanks against tanks, or men against men; but it is the fights between the false prophets (false doctrines) and the Word of God (God's commandments). I did not know about this until after I wrote about the 'frogs' and 'snakes' which have great 'tongues' and will wage wars against the Word of God in the end time in Rev 16 and Rev 19:

• Rev 16:13-16 KJV  And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.  (14)  For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.  (15)  Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.  (16)  And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
• Rev 19:13-20 KJV  And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.  (14)  And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.  (15)  And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God... (19)  And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.  (20)  And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
• Rev 12:14-17 KJV And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.  (15) And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.  (16)  And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.  (17)  And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ (In the end time, the majority will be deceived and overcome by the 'flood' (by the false doctrines or lawlessness philosophies); only a remnant of the believers will keep God's commandments and refuse to take in the mark of lawlessness). 
• Rev 14:11-13 KJV  And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.  (12)  Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.  (13)  And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.  
• Another Bible version on Rev 14:13 LITV .. Blessed are the dead, the ones dying in the Lord (or those who keep the commandments of God) from now. Yes, says the Spirit, they shall rest from their labors, and their works follow with them. 
• Many of us may think that we can all talk like Jesus, think like Jesus, speak positively like Jesus, or 'as He is so am I', but when we are asked to speak up for Him, like His sword, and fight against the false doctrines in the last days, can we still speak like Him? I believe that we can do it if we truly have God's laws in our hearts. However, if we we can't, please don't deceive others by saying that God's laws and commandments are no more important in the hearts of the believers (Heb 8:10-11). You may claim that you are not the false prophets, but telling a soldier of God to put down His 'sword' and stop fighting is worst than the false prophets. It is great betrayal to the Word of God or the sword of the Spirit. 

The 'sweet-bitter' little book or a 'sweet-bitter' judgement?
Have we read the 'little book' which was open above (Rev 10:1-4) ? It was sweet initially but became bitter much later. What was it ? Was it the book of life ? No, of course not. Some may still ask, "Why was it sweet initially and bitter later? It is like magic ?" I will say, It is not magic; it could be God's judgement in the 'little book':

• Isa 5:20-24 KJV  Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!  (21)  Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!  (22)  Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:  (23)  Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!  (24)  Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Wow, did you read (v22-23) above ? Please think, Are there any people who would mix the strong drink and justify the wicked for reward ? Yes, the Pharisees who were rebuked by the Lord in the prophecy of Malachi:

• Mal 2:17 KJV  Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?..
• Mal 3:13-16 KJV  Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee?  (14)  Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts?  (15)  And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.  (16)  Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
• Mat 15:5-20 KJV  But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;  (6)  And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.  (7)  Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,  (8)  This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. ..  (12)  Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?.. 

Now please ask yourselves today, Are there still Pharisees, the law-conscious, or religious people who would

1. justify the wicked (Isa 5:23),  
2. say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment? (Mal 2:17), and
3. call the proud happy and they that tempt God will never be condemned? (Mal 3:13)

No, I don't find any Pharisees or the religious from other religions who will do the above or preach the above today. But the irony is: I do find it in the churches. Many preachers today are now preaching radical grace, 'radical justification', or repetitive arguments, to justify the wicked or the ungodly without repentance from sins now. They said, "No more judgement, no more laws, no more commandments, no more repentance (from sins and wickedness), no more doing this and that .. because of Jesus Christ, peace, grace, favours, prosperity, rest, blood, or this and that.." Unknowingly, they are telling us softly and subconsciously, "No more God, no more conviction of sins, no more condemnation .. because of my radical grace preaching, my metanoia philosophies, my anointing, my wisdom, and .... my lawless seduction ..Now, you must believe only ME as the real anointed one (the christ) who is godly to justify all the ungodly .. God is not unrighteous to make everyone of you righteous if you will just believe (or metanoia) on me and on my anointed words (without repentance from sins).. Hissssss mercy endureth forever ... "
Hence, I would think that they could be the second generation of the Pharisees who would still use the word of God or twist it to justify the wicked, the evil, and the proud. However, they will not preach the law of God; they will still preach their laws:

• Their laws are their own justifications, philosophies, and radical grace
• Their audience may not be always the wicked, the evil, or the proud - but they are mostly the ungodly without repentance from sins 

The sweet-bitter book of judgement will come after seven ..
Many of them will still argue and say, "How do you know that the Lord will speak judgement to us with that 'little book' open. No, the Lord can only speak grace. That 'little book' is a book of grace, not judgement. I don't see any judgement after I read the whole chapter from Rev 10 to 11. The Lord is quiet about His judgement. Where is the judgement? I don't see any judgement here: Rev 10:7-11 KJV But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. (8) And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book  (8)  And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.... (11)  And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings. 

I will tell them, When the Lord prophesies, it will not be quiet any more.

• Eze 3:2-27 KJV  So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that roll.  (3)  And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.  (4)  And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get thee unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them.  (5)  For thou art not sent to a people of a strange speech and of an hard language, but to the house of Israel;  .. (7) But the house of Israel will not hearken unto thee; for they will not hearken unto me: for all the house of Israel are impudent and hardhearted. .. (9)  As an adamant harder than flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.  ..  (14)  So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the LORD was strong upon me.  (15)  Then I came to them of the captivity at Telabib, that dwelt by the river of Chebar, and I sat where they sat, and remained there astonished among them seven days (Do you remember John had to wait for the seven thunders in Rev 10 too?) (16) And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,  (17)  Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.  (18)  When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.  (19)  Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.  (20)  Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.  (21)  Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.  (22)  And the hand of the LORD was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain, and I will there talk with thee.  (23)  Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and, behold, the glory of the LORD stood there, as the glory which I saw by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face.  (24)  Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thine house.  (25)  But thou, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not go out among them:  (26)  And I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth, that thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them a reprover: for they are a rebellious house.  (27)  But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.
• If I were the pastor or the watchman who heard God spoke these words, I would be serious. Contrary to many preachers who said they are too blessed to be stressed, I would say, I am too stressed to bless and bless.. or tell everyone that they can be blessed if they would just confess and do nothing with their sins.

Many may wonder why God will speak only after seven days, seven thunders, seven angels, seven seals, seven bowls, seven years, .. or seven ..
I don't have the answer for the 'seven', but I do know that God would give enough grace before He would speak, warn, or judge..   

I can still find my own website which I have created many years ago and which have since become dormant. I stopped writing it because I realised that it was not the right time for me to explore and speak about the radical grace philosophies. One of the reasons was I did not have enough information about the radical grace doctrines and I did not know its intention. Today when I look back and check on the date of that old website, I realise that it was first written in MSN.com on 27 May 2006. I could have written it much earlier or probably seven years ago. I realised that I hesitated seven years ago ! Does it mean that God would hesitate before He would speak and judge too? Think of this, If God would hesitate to judge - it means grace !

1. It could be goodnews and goodness of God to those who are ready to repent;
2. but it could be bad news and judgement to those who think that God can never judge.

Why? It's because those who think that God can never judge them may have never repented. Hence, there is

1. one little book open (Rev 10); with two type of reaction to it: Sweet and bitter; or
2. one type of judgement, with two types of people: the repentant and unrepentant. Which category are you in?

God's warnings must be preached with repentance
I have said earlier at the top of this post that, if you are a believer of Christ and you are afraid of condemnation, something is wrong. They may argue, "What's wrong? All of us are afraid of condemnation too, whether we are a believer or a non-believer. Condemnation kills. Hence, instead of hearing warnings after warnings, judgements after judgements, or repentance after repentance, we should hear more of 'no condemnation' messages and prosperity messages. Messages on all warnings and judgements are condemnation ..Why? It's because it causes fear, multiply stress and worries.. That's why the root cause of condemnation is fear, worry, and unbelief.."
I will tell them, If you are a sinner and you don't know the Bible, you would think that the root cause of condemnation is only fear and unbelief. However, I will question them, Why do you deliberately change the repentance message of the Lord? Do you know that the root cause of God's condemnation is sin and Jesus told us that to deal with the root cause of condemnation or sin, we must preach repentance from sins or lawlessness? However, if you tell people that the root cause of condemnation is only fear, worry, or unbelief, they would not repent from sins; they would just metanoia, try to relax, and change their mind from unbelief to believing in God who can prosper them like the Pharisees.  If God would just want us to preach this type of metanoia or 'repentance' without turning away from sins, God would not need any watchman, preacher, or pastor to preach warnings, repentance, and turning away from sins; God's warnings in the Bible would all become obsolete. No wonder, the pastors today would not want to become God's watchman in Eze 3:2-27. They would also like to preach that Revelation is not for them, but for the agnostics. It is so easy to push away all their responsibility to warn the people, even though the Lord had clearly said that He would warn the churches:  Rev 2:16-17 KJV Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. (17) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches;


More about the frogs: 

The tongue which would confuse the people is the tongue of a 'frog' - it could be the 'tongues' of false doctrines or 'tares'

They will argue, "We have also preached 'pure' grace or radical grace but you can never accuse us as lawless preachers because we preach God's commandments too. Do you know that we would preach the law of God in Psalm 1 and tell people to meditate on God's law too ? We have preached the law of God very subtly so that they will not have any law-consciousness. They would never know that it is 'thou shalt not or thou shalt'. They would all obey my words and God's words without knowing that it is harsh commandments for repentance. That's because we cover it with a lot of grace, favours, and prosperity. But the problem is, People would never notice our effort to teach them God's principles and they would always misunderstand us and accuse us for twisting the law. However, the truth is: If we are under grace and we believe, we have repented. Hence, we are very humble, we have the wisdom of God. And we can never twist God's words.."

I will say, Stop. Please pause and let us know if your 'tongue' is in or out ? ... Sorry, I can't 'see' it very clearly. If your 'tongue' is always coming in and out with different doctrines which are so confusing to the people, how can you accuse others for misunderstanding you all the time? How can they know the truth if they would always listen to your 'ding dong bell' revolution against the law of God, after telling them to meditate on the law of God based on Psalm 1? By the way, do you know that Psalm 1 is still a kind of 'thou shalt not or thou shalt' rules and commandments. Honestly, I really don't know how you could preach it beautifully, until it is not a law or commandment to the people any more.

Psa 1:1-3 KJV  Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.  (2)  But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.  (3)  And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

I don't know how beautifully you can preach the law of God without highlighting to them any 'thou shalt not or thou shalt', unless you have removed it or hidden it skilfully with your 'tongues' as follows:
Psa 1:1-3 KJV  Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.  (2)  But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.  (3)  And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

 I don't think the Lord would be impressed.  

In order to defend themselves, one of the things the 'frogs' would do is to tell the people to look at their mouths, "See. There isn't any long tongue. Yes, we have a big mouth but it is always smiling at you. We love you. We speak only the good things. We speak positive things and show people the wonderful works of the Lord. We would never condemn... But, now look at the sword that came out from that son of man ! He can never be Jesus. His words can only kill. It is always sharp, offensive, and full of God's laws and condemnation. No good words would ever come out from His mouth.. He can never be the Christ.."
I will ask them, Have you read the book of Revelation? Why would the Son of God have a double-edged sword in His mouth and He would not close His mouth to cover His command or His sword? Didn't He know that that sword which protrudes from His mouth was very offensive to the people, especially the false prophets? Of course, He knew it. That's why He would not cover it. His word is light which cannot be covered when the thickness comes.

• 1Co 4:5 KJV  Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
• Joe 2:1-12 KJV  Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;  (2)  A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.  (3)  A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. ... (11) And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?  (12)  Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: ... (23) Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.  (24)  And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.  (25)  And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
• Yes, I believe that the time has come for the latter rain to baptise the churches and the people of God, and to purge the stain that has been left behind by the 'filthy flood water' (or the polluted doctrine that was spilled out from the mouth of the dragon). However, it is not uncommon to know that, before the coming of the rain, most of the frogs would start to 'croak' the most during this time too. Hence, we are certain that the frogs are coming and it is the sign of times for God's people to 'sit tight', do not fall (from the glory of God). and do not depart from His light, His command, and His glory (which had once clothed Adam and Eve until they departed from it).

The false prophets or the churches who have sinned in the end time can never be condemned?
Many of them will argue, "The frogs, snakes, or false prophets can never be from the churches. They can never be the pastors, believers, evangelists, or preachers. Although the Lord said that He was judging, rebuking, and speaking against the churches, He did not rebuke any of us or the believers. He loves us too much to judge us or rebuke us. Why? It is because if you study the book of Revelation carefully, Jesus was speaking against the seven spirit of the churches or the lampstand of the churches. He was not talking to the people, pastors, or believers in the churches. When the seven spirits of the churches or even when the spirits of any pastors have become corrupted, they could be judged and condemned by the Lord. However, the pastors or the churches are always saved. Yes, the Lord may remove the lampstand so that the church will be no more. But the pastors and the believers can always go to other churches nearby. Hence, the corrupted pastors or churches can never lose their lives even if they sinned against the Lord in the end time. They may have the spirit of the frogs, but they are always saved even if they are false prophets.."
I will tell them, If you were the false prophets, you would be happy to hear that. How can false prophets or pastors who have corrupted the people or the word of God can still argue and justify themselves? This is ridiculous. I don't know which Bible dictionary teaches you to interpret that Jesus was speaking ONLY to the 'spirit' of the churches, instead of the churches, when He said to them:

• Rev 2:16-17 KJV  Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.  (17)  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
• Rev 2:7 KJV  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
• Rev 1:4 KJV  John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; 

No, the false prophets or the churches who have sinned by rejecting God's commandments will surely be judged and condemned
If we can just interpret everything that God said to us as sayings or rebukes to the 'spirit' or something which should never concern us, we could argue that many things in the Bible are not for us too eg. His commandments, His promises, His blessings, His grace, .. etc. They could be spoken to the 'spirit' or something else, not to us?
They will argue, "But how do you explain that Jesus would never condemn us or allow us to be condemned in the following Bible verses"

• Joh 17:11-12 KJV  And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.  (12)  While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

I will tell them, If you read it again, you will know that you have quoted this out of its Bible context to lie about the Lord's promise to you again. Did you know that Jesus was talking about the eleven disciples which He had kept in His name except Judas Iscariot? Even if He would keep all of us in His name, He would not say that He would keep all of us no matter what we do. He would only keep those who keep His commandments and He has said it so clearly to us (of course, not to the 'spirit'):

1. Mat 19:17 KJV  And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
3. Joh 14:15-16 KJV  If ye love me, keep my commandments.  (16)  And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
4. Joh 15:10-14 KJV  If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.  .. (14)  Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
5. 1Jn 2:3-4 KJV  And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.  (4)  He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
6. 1Jn 5:2-3 KJV  By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.  (3)  For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
7. Rev 12:17 KJV  And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
8. Rev 14:11-12 KJV  And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.  (12)  Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
9. Rev 22:13-14 KJV  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.  (14)  Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

The false prophets will lie that no one will 'die' and therefore it does not matter whether they keep God's commandments or not
That's why I would never lie to the people or believers by saying to them, 'We can never lose our salvation'. I will tell them, If you can never lose your salvation, you would never need to preach or keep the words, the commandments, and the warnings of the Lord in the whole Bible including all the 9 Bible passages above. You would have preached your own 'Bible' without God's laws, commandments, and warnings.
Please think, If everybody is saved no matter what they sin, isn't it meaningless to warn the people to keep any God's commandment ? Hence, if we would preach that nobody can lose their salvation, we would make God a liar; and His commandment a lie. We would make God's commands and warnings appear stupid and meaningless when people would no longer need to keep His words or commandments:

• 1Jn 1:10 KJV  If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
• 1Jn 2:3-7 KJV  And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.  (4)  He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.  (5)  But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.  (6)  He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.  (7)  Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.
• 1Jn 2:21 KJV  I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

Are you more favoured because you have 'favours'

Most radical grace preachers and believers would preach and tell us that they are more favoured because they have 'favours'. But are they really more favoured by God because:

1. the hurricane 'xxxxxx' did not come to their country, 
2. the tsunami or earthquake could never hit them, 
3. their churches are filled with more people,
4. they did not get sick for the past ten years,
5. they have more hair or more youthful look,
6. they have got promoted, or
7. they happened to pick up a ten dollar note on the floor ?

They would also testify that they have seen more shoppers attracted to the shops they were visiting and that the sales revenue of their company increased because of their anointing and favours from God. I will tell them, You may have experienced some kind of 'favours', privileges, prosperity, or even all the above, but it does not mean that you should think that you are more favoured than others and therefore you can start some kind of new age revolution against the churches:

• by radically boasting about your 'favour' as the only true grace of God
• by falsely accusing other churches for preaching 'the law' or the Old Covenant just because they have preached too many God's laws and commandments or because they are 'poorer'. 

I will tell them, Being favoured does not prove that you have the grace of Jesus Christ for salvation. Being favoured does not mean that you are more biblically sound than others in countries where they have to endure the torment of hurricane, tsunami, earthquake, sickness, hunger, lack, and poverty. Some of the Old Testament Jews and Pharisees might enjoy more favours than others. Of course, being God's chosen people or the tribe from whom the Saviour of the world was raised, they had more favour than the Gentiles people. But 'that favour', from God, which the Pharisees would always like to boast about was not the grace given by Jesus Christ under the New covenant. The Jews and the Pharisees could have all the reasons to boast against others when they knew that the rest of the people (like the sinners, the Samaritans, the Gentiles, and the publicans) were lost without God. However, Jesus was not impressed with their boastful attitude. Jesus knew that they could boast about God's favours and still lose their salvation. They could gain God's favour only to lose it in the end like the servant in God's kingdom:  

• Mat 18:32-33 KJV  Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:  (33)  Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?

a. justification by faith or by grace is only the beginning of a believer's forgiven life so that he can do more with the words and commandments of God in his life. The grace for cancellation of debts or forgiveness of debts is not given so that we can have more future debts or more future lawlessness. It is certainly not an excuse or license to have more future sins with no more repentance (or to sin wilfully). 

• Luk 13:2-10 KJV  And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?  (3)  I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.  (4)  Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?  (5)  I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.  (6)  He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.  (7)  Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?  (8)  And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:  (9)  And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.  (10)  And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.

b. Grace is not forever - it is given for the purpose of repentance, turning back to God's commandments, keeping God's laws, and doing His words. Grace is not given for the purpose of enjoying or living in lawlessness forever. Grace is not there forever if we are forever lawless in our hearts or minds. However, if we repent, keep the commandments of God, and live with the laws of God in our hearts and minds, God will remember all our lawlessness no more and He will be our God forever: 

• Heb 10:16-17 LITV  "This is the covenant which I will covenant to them after those days, says the Lord: Giving My Laws on their hearts, and I will write them on their minds;"  (17)  also He adds, "I will not at all still remember their sins" and their lawlessnesses. ..  
• Heb 8:10 LITV  Because this is the covenant which I will covenant with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, giving My Laws into their mind, and I will write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people." 
• Luk 19:8-10 LITV  But standing, Zaccheus said to the Lord, Behold, Lord, half of my possessions I give to the poor. And if in anything I accused anyone falsely, I restore it fourfold.  (9)  And Jesus said to him, Today salvation has come to this house, for he also is a son of Abraham.  (10)  For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the one being lost.

Hence, the cancellation of debt or forgiveness of debt is not given so that a believer can have more future debt or lawlessness forever. It is certainly not an excuse or license to have more future sin or lawlessness without any repentance. However, many preachers have deceived the believers into thinking that they can literally expect forgiveness of all their future sins, and even supernatural cancellation of all their future financial debts, if they will just radically believe or do and teach their 'holy communion's blood cleansing' ritual, 'pure grace' confession, 'supernatural' favour, 'mind changing' philosophy, or 'false repentance' to disregard and to 'repent' from all the laws and commandments of God. I did write about some preachers who have managed to quote the Bible out of context and capitalise on this 'supernatural' deception or 'cancellation of debts' to transfer effortless wealth to themselves. (see "Supernatural cancellation of debts - Is it really a supernatural transfer of wealth, a religious gimmick, or just a vain religious boasting?" in my previous post here.)

In fact, Jesus would not want us to think of His grace like the way most of the Pharisees would think about God's favour:

• Luk 18:10-14 KJV  Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.  (11)  The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.  (12)  I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.  (13)  And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.  (14)  I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Hence, thinking that we are more favoured than others does not necessarily mean that we would receive the grace of God. No, Jesus said, Only those who are humble will know and receive His grace. In fact, Jesus has told us one more parable about the Jews and the Pharisees who thought that they should be more favoured by God:

• Luk 15:11-32 KJV  And he said, A certain man had two sons:  (12)  And the younger of them said ..     (25)  Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing. .. (28)  And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.  (29)  And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:  (30)  But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.  (31)  And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.  (32)  It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

Many of us think that the two sons represented the two groups of people who were:
       1. the lost sinners who returned to God and
       2. the believers who became jealous of those who sinned against God.
However, I believe that when Jesus explained the parable to the Jews, He was talking about two groups of people who were:
       1. the Gentiles who were lost in worshipping all kinds of idols without God's law
       2. the Jews who received the law of Moses, God's commandments, and the covenant
Obviously, the Jews and the Pharisees would be jealous of the Gentiles or the Samaritans when they were saved under the grace of Jesus Christ. And hence, when they heard that the Gentiles could receive the gospel or the grace of God without obeying any law, commandment, or covenant from God, they could not take it. Of course, they became furious as they thought that they had all laboured in vain by keeping God's laws and commandments. They thought that they were not rewarded or favoured as much as the prodigal Gentiles when they heard 'music and dancing (25)' in the house of God for the prodigal Gentiles.

Being favoured does not mean that we know grace
Now many people will ask, "Are the Gentiles more favoured by God because of grace?" No. Many Jews and Pharisees never know the grace of God under the New covenant. They thought that grace is favour and favour is grace. However, in God's kingdom, a godly person who is favoured under the Old Testament may not receive grace under the gospel of Jesus Christ; and hence the opposite can happen when a Gentile or a sinner who is not favoured under the law may still receive God's grace through Jesus Christ). The Jews were puzzled at how this could happen when the sinners or those who did not have God's law seemed to be 'more favoured'. But I will tell them, The sinners who received grace were not necessarily more favoured; they received grace simply because they repented. The Jews are still God's favoured. Whilst most of the sinners may not be God's favoured, they can still receive God's grace through repentance. The Jews may never understand it. Hence, God will say to them, Luk 15:31-32 KJV (31) And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.  (32)  It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found - the Lord was referring to repentance or the baptism of repentance for the sinners.
Hence, does it mean that we do not have any God's laws and commandments if we have received grace? No. If we received grace, we should still obey God's laws and commandments and God would still say that we are His sons, we are with Him, and all that He has is ours (Luk 15:31), in another words, we are still His favoured ones.  However, we should not stop others (or the prodigal sons) who are unworthy from receiving His grace if they have the hearts to return to God and to repent from their sins.

Being favoured does not mean that we can preach against the law or the word of God

However, false prophets will twist it and say, "See, it is useless to obey any laws and commandments from God. If you want to be more favoured and to receive pure grace like us or like the prodigal son, you must not keep the law of God.." I will tell them, If this is what you propose, you are not like the prodigal son; God will say, You are like the frogs and snakes in my gardens !

• Gen 3:1-4 KJV  .. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?  .. (4)  And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 
• Rev 16:13-16 KJV  And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.  (14)  For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.  (15)  Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.  (16)  And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

The irony is: In the book of Malachi (before Jesus came), the Jews and the Pharisees who would boast and boss around with their radical arguments for 'pure' law were not 'pure' after all. They were corrupted, arrogant, and self-righteous without the law of God in their hearts.

• Mat 15:3-9 KJV  But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?  (4)  For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.  (5)  But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;  (6)  And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.  (7)  Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,  (8)  This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.  (9)  But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.  

Now, How do we know that the Jews and the Pharisees above had fallen and departed from God? The Lord had shown us very clearly with His words: They had fallen because they had no God's law and commandment in their hearts.

• Mal 2:17 KJV  Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?
• Mal 3:13-18 KJV  Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee?  (14)  Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts?  (15)  And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.  (16)  Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.  (17)  And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.  (18)  Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Now, we are no more in the book of Malachi or the Pharisee's time. Can the irony of 'the pure corrupts the pure" happen today ? You bet. The irony will still happen in our time:

**In the book of Revelation (before Jesus will come again), the believers and the false prophets will still boast and boss around with their radical arguments for pure grace, pure law, pure religion, or pure Christianity too. They could be more arrogant and more self-righteous, than the Pharisees who were without the law of God in their hearts too. They may confess and teach the law of God with their lips; but they have no real conviction to do it. Hence, if you questioned them further, you would know that they have no real conviction for God's law; but only conviction for their own 'laws' and philosophies. Some of them may even corrupt, twist, 'customise', and convert the law of God into their own principles, so that they can claim credit for teaching the people with a better 'christ', better law, better covenant, better grace, better anointing, better wisdom, better revelation, and better revolution. 

• 2Th 2:1-16 LITV  And, brothers, we entreat you, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and of our gathering together to Him,  (2)  for you not to be quickly shaken in the mind, nor to be disturbed, neither through a spirit, nor through speech, nor through letter, as through us, as if the Day of Christ has come.  (3)  Do not let anyone deceive you in any way, because that Day will not come unless first comes the falling away, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,  (4)  the one opposing and exalting himself over everything being called God, or object of worship, so as for him "to sit in the temple of God" as God, setting forth himself, that he is God. Dan. 11:36; Eze. 28:2  (5)  Do you not remember that I told you these things, I yet being with you?  (6)  And now you know the thing holding back, for him to be revealed in his time.  (7)  For the mystery of lawlessness already is working, only he is holding back now, until it comes out of the midst.  (8)  And then "the Lawless One" will be revealed, "whom" "the Lord" "will consume" "by the spirit of His mouth," and will bring to nought by the brightness of His presence. Isa. 11:4  (9)  His coming is according to the working of Satan in all power and miraculous signs and lying wonders,  (10)  and in all deceit of unrighteousness in those being lost, because they did not receive the love of the truth in order for them to be saved.  (11)  And because of this, God will send to them a working of error, for them to believe the lie,  (12)  that all may be judged, those not believing the truth, but who have delighted in unrighteousness.  (13)  But we ought to thank God always concerning you, brothers, beloved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning to salvation in sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth,  (14)  to which He called you through our gospel, to obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.  (15)  So, then, brothers, stand firm and strongly hold the teachings you were taught, whether by word or by our letter.  (16)  But may our Lord Himself, Jesus Christ, and our God and Father, the One having loved us and having given everlasting comfort and good hope by grace,
• Rev 12:17 KJV  And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
• Rev 14:11-12 KJV  And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.  (12)  Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Being favoured does not mean that we are under grace
In fact, I live in a country where there is no hurricane, no tsunami, no outbreak of epidemics; but there is plenty of shops and material prosperity. Yes, I can boast that I am very blessed and very favoured; but so can all the non-believers in my country too. It doesn't make sense for me to say that, since I am so blessed, I can therefore tell others that I am more favoured by God than others because of my belief in His grace, in His laws, in His  commandments, or in His name. No, if I do that I would be boasting like the Pharisee who thought that he was more favoured by God because of this.. and that.. too.

** Supernatural cancellation of debts - Is it really a supernatural transfer of wealth, a religious gimmick, or just a vain religious boasting?
Since many preachers have boasted about it, I can boast in the flesh too. I can boast that I am much more blessed than many other sinners and non-believers because I have a few houses. While most of the people have loans for their houses, I have no more outstanding loans. I can tell people that I have experienced some 'kind of favour' (or supernatural cancellation of debts). But does it mean that I am more favoured by God and have more grace than others who are still struggling to pay their housing loans ? Does it mean that I have more faith than other believers too? No, since I have lived up to a certain age, I have enough savings to become debt free without any divine intervention; but so can anyone who have reached my age and have worked hard too. Hence, preaching of 'supernatural cancellation of debts' could easily become a popular and convincing religious self-deception to many middle class believers who will finally become debt-free after they have soon paid up all their car loans or housing loans. However, many of them were still totally convinced that they were more blessed than others just because of the 'effortless' anointed favour or preaching of the supernatural cancellation of debts from some preachers. Unknown to many, it could be just a carnal mixture 'salt and pepper' preaching from them who claimed that they had experienced the 'supernatural transfer of wealth from the ungodly to the godly'. Of course, they will always tell you that you are ones who will get the wealth when they knew very well within that they are the 'godly one' who will really get the wealth from you, even if you do not get any wealth from anyone. Ironically it is actually the 'supernatural transfer of wealth from the ignorant ones to the unscrupulous ones or from the silly ones to the cunning ones. However, they will still argue, "Well, it depends on how you interpret it. If you think that we can prosper you, you will be prospered; but if you think that we cannot prosper you, you will not get any wealth from God. Did we force you to give, donate, and buy our books, CDs, or DVDs .. No. Hence, we prosper because we have truly received the supernatural transfer of wealth. This is the strongest proof against those who are jealous of us. Ha ha, We still prosper whether you like it or not.. It is the true favour and grace of God." I will tell them, I may not have a lot of wealth and prosperity, but I worked for it and I am not ashamed of it. But you have mainly prospered effortlessly from the giving of the believers who sowed on your ministry, purchased your books, or gave through their tithes and offerings. Many of them could be the middle-class believers and the poor who could have given out of sincerity, desperation, or ignorance, like the poor widow below. But one day you will be answerable to the Lord.

• Mar 12:38-44 KJV  And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces,  (39)  And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts:  (40)  Which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.  (41)  And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.  (42)  And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.  (43)  And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:  (44)  For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

Being favoured does not mean that we are living under the New Covenant
Many of them will argue, "We are not answerable to anyone. We are God's servants. Do you know that God's servants, preachers, pastors, or prophets could live on the gifts of the widows too? We are not ashamed of it because prophet Elijah lived on the food given by a very poor widow and it was mentioned clearly in the Bible:

• 1Ki 17:7-12 LITV  And it happened after a while, that the torrent dried up, because there was no rain in the land.  (8)  And the Word of Jehovah came to him, saying,  (9)  Rise up, go to Zarephath that belongs to Sidon; and you shall live there. Behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain you.  (10)  And he rose up and went to Zarephath, and came in to the entrance of the city; and, behold, a widow woman was gathering sticks. And he called to her and said, Please bring to me a little water in a vessel, and I shall drink.  (11)  And she went to bring it. And he called to her and said, Please bring me a bit of bread in your hand.  (12)  And she said, As Jehovah your God lives, I do not have a cake, only a handful of meal in a pitcher, and a little oil in a jar; and behold, I am gathering two sticks and will go in and prepare for myself and for my son; and we shall eat it, and die.

I will ask them, So, you think that, because of this account in the Bible, you can take advantage of the widows and the poor? However, have you realised that this account was from the Old Testament and the Pharisees could have also used it to justify the way they had oppressed the widows by telling them that they were God's servants too, and that they could take advantage of them?

Being favoured does not mean that we have true grace
They will argue, "But did you see how Jesus commended on the giving of the poor widow. Jesus approved it. Hence, He showed us that if we give to God, even if we give everything to the church, we would be blessed. We would prosper. We would receive favour. We would have the grace of Jesus Christ.."
I will ask them, Did you read the Bible verses before Jesus commented on the giving of the widow? It doesn't make sense for Jesus to commend or praise her when He knew that the Pharisees had taken advantage of her and others to build beautiful synagogues which would ultimately enrich themselves. Hence, when Jesus commented that the widow had given more, He was explaining that she could have given all her living. He was saying the truth. But she was giving blindly.
They will argue, "If she was not doing right, why didn't Jesus stopped her or exposed the wickedness of the Pharisees ?"
I will ask them, How do you know that Jesus had not stopped her or the Jews from giving to the Pharisees? Do you remember what Jesus said about the Pharisees before He saw the widow giving her two mites in the temple ? Please read Mar 12:38-44 above again. Jesus probably knew that even if He tried to stop her or the Jews from giving to the Pharisees, not all of them would listen to Him. Many of the Jews were already deeply deceived by the doctrines of the Pharisees which were not correctly taught based on the law of God or the Old covenant. That's why Jesus was determined to remove the temple COMPLETELY including the Old covenant. Jesus wanted to show the people that God would stop the Pharisees from exploiting the people with the things in His old covenant eg. temple tax, tithes, offerings, the buying and selling of animals for sacrifice, temple utensils, circumcision services, 'corban' benediction (Mk 7:11-13), etc ...  

• Luk 21:1-9 KJV  And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.  (2)  And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.  (3)  And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:  (4)  For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.  (5)  And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,  (6)  As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.  (7)  And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?  (8)  And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.  (9)  But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by .. (20) And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies (false prophets?), then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.  (21)  Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.  (22)  For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

**What is the abomination of desolation ? (I will digress a bit)
Hence, today if you hear any anointed preachers or any false prophets telling you that giving everything to them is like giving to Christ (the anointed one), Jesus said, Believe it not. They are the false christs. 

• Mat 24:23-26 KJV Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.  (24)  For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.  (25)  Behold, I have told you before.  (26)  Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

If we hear them boasting about their magnificent and expensive buildings, know ye that the desolation could have come and begun. Their church building may be beautiful but it is no more than a collection of the 'two dimes' contributed by 'many many widows' or 'millions and millions of the poor' who were still sincere but ignorant in God's doctrine. There is nothing great about this. It is an abomination of desolation.  

• Mat 24:14-16 KJV  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.  (15)  When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)  (16)  Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
  

They will argue, "No, you have not read the Bible correctly. How can we bring the abomination of desolation into the house of God if we preach grace. Those who bring the law into the church is those who bring the abomination of desolation. They are bringing sin into the church because the law will bring the curse of the law and sin to the people. The law, which is the real and worst culprit, has brought the downfall of men. Hence, those who preach the law is the false prophets. But if we preach grace, we are the favoured ones. Hence, we can never be the false prophets.. "
I will tell them, Please read your Bible. Sin, iniquities, wickedness, or lawlessness against God or God's command is the culprit which brought the downfall of man and Adam.

• 1Jn 3:2-4 LITV  Beloved, now we are the children of God, and it was not yet revealed what we shall be. But we know that if He is revealed, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is.  (3)  And everyone having this hope on Him purifies himself even as that One is pure.  (4)  Everyone practicing sin also practices lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.

I will tell them, How can you say that sin is the law or God's law ? Sin is lawlessness. Sin will bring lawlessness and wickedness to the church. Sin will cause men to rebel against God's law. But in the end time, sin will cause the believers to rebel against God's law too. I may not be Bible scholar, but I can see clearly that when Jesus warned us about the abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel, He was not referring to the law of God; He was referring to sin, lawlessness, iniquity, or wickedness. He knew that Satan will bring lawlessness into the house of God:

• Mat 7:23 KJV  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
  Mat 7:23 LITV  And then I will declare to them, I never knew you; "depart from Me, those working lawlessness!"
• Dan 11:30-32 LITV  For the Kittim ships will come against him. And he will be pained and turn back and be furious against the holy covenant. And he will act, and he will return and heed the forsakers of the holy covenant.  (31)  And forces will stand away from him, and they will profane the sanctuary, the fortress. And they shall remove the regular sacrifice, and they will place the abomination that desolates.  (32)  And he will defile by flatteries those who do evil against the covenant. But the people who know their God will be strong and will work... (12:10-11) Many shall be purified and made white and tested. But the wicked shall do wickedly. And not one of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.  (11)  And from the time the regular sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that desolates set up, a thousand, two hundred and ninety days shall occur.

The abomination of desolation in Daniel 11 and 12 is about the fight between two kings: one from somewhere in the 'North', the other from the 'South'. One was a 'prince' who could become a king. But both the kings of the 'North' and the 'South' would fight so fiercely in the 'spiritual realm' as well as in their 'doctrines' that it would create quite a 'sight' throughout the whole nation.

• Dan 11:18 KJV  After this shall he turn his face unto the isles, and shall take many: but a prince for his own behalf shall cause the reproach offered by him to cease; without his own reproach he shall cause it to turn upon him.
• Dan 11:27-36 LITV  And both of them, the kings, shall have in their hearts to do evil, and they will speak lies at one table. But it will not prosper, for the end still shall be at the appointed time.  (28)  And he will return to his land with great wealth. And his heart shall be against the holy covenant. And he will act, and he shall return to his land. ..(34) And when they shall stumble, they will be helped with a little help. But many will join them with hypocrisy.  (35)  And many of those who understand shall stumble, to refine and to purge them, and to make white to the time of the end. For it is yet for the appointed time.  (36)  And the king shall do according to his will. And he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god; he shall even speak marvelous things against the God of gods and shall prosper until the fury is completed. For that which is decreed shall be done.

Being favoured does not mean that we can never lose our salvation
There must be true repentance for grace or remission of our sins. When I read the words of the Lord again, I realised that people who received favour may not necessarily receive the grace of Jesus Christ if they do not have true repentance. A person who has truly repented is humble and would not use the favour he received from God to boss around or boast around. Otherwise, he has not received true grace. He would still be rejected by the Lord after he has received grace or the forgiveness of his sins.

• Mat 18:32-34 KJV  Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:  (33)  Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?  (34)  And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.

Hence, a person who is really under grace is not a person who feels that he is more favoured than others; but he is a person who feels more wretched than others. Sometimes, I really wonder how the radical grace preachers could preach 'radical grace' or 'amazing grace' when they don't even know the lyrics in the songs they sang. I will ask them, Do you know that the song 'Amazing grace' goes like this:

"Amazing grace, how sweet the sound

that saves a wretched like me.

I once was lost, but now am found

was blind, but now I see .."

Being feeling like a wretched is not condemnation. It will not cause a true believers to boss around or boast around like the servant in Mat 18:32-34 above. But it is repentance and humility, which will lead the true believers to God's amazing grace.

God's grace must be preached with the call of repentance
The churches are now preaching two types of grace today:

1. The Old Testament 'grace' or unmerited favour - which could have prospered some of the Jews and the Pharisees under the Old covenant as well as some of the believers in our churches today.
2. God's grace -  which must be preached with (the call of) repentance to the sinners 

Favour may prosper without repentance; but grace cannot save without repentance. Today the call of the Lord to the Jewish believers and the sinners is not to be law-conscious or grace conscious. It is to be repentance conscious. We do not think of grace to obtain grace. A true believer would just think of repentance and repentance will lead them to grace without them confessing, meditating, or asking for grace. 
However, if we keep thinking of grace or demanding for grace, we can never receive grace. The thinking of grace will not bring grace; only the thinking of repentance will bring grace. Hence, we should be repentance conscious; not grace conscious. I believe that the Lord would never change His command to the disciples by telling them to preach grace instead of repentance. 

• Luk 24:45-48 KJV  Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,  (46)  And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:  (47)  And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.  (48)  And ye are witnesses of these things.

Please think if the Lord had opened their understanding, based on the scriptures, to the preaching of repentance, will He tell us later that, You should now preach radical grace instead of repentance? No, He would contradict Himself and the scriptures. That's why we know that those who preached radical grace and claimed that the Lord had spoken to them or instructed them 'personally' to preach radical grace instead of repentance are clever liars in the word of God.  

God's grace must be preached with the teaching of God's principles and commandments
Have you heard radical grace preachers teaching and persuading their children or young believers to follow the principles of God? They would preach long sermon for hours with many Old Testament illustrations, favours principles, prosperity psychology, and grace reasoning. However, Paul could just summarize what they were trying to say with just a few Bible verses:

• Eph 6:1-3 KJV  Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.  (2)  Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)  (3)  That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

I will tell them, How can we preach and teach our children without any written word and commandment of God? If we try to come up with our own theory, even if it is full of our anointed wisdom and philosophy of grace, it is still our own words and reasoning which could have been wrongly quoted (or taken out of its context) from Paul's letter to the Jewish believers in Galatians and the Hebrews. Yes, you may preach that the key to parenting today is still Jesus or Grace. But can we push everything, including all our parenting roles, to Jesus ? No, parenting key is still God's commandment and God's word. All of us have our roles to play. If we cannot push our parenting roles to Jesus, we cannot push our pastoring roles to Jesus too. We will still need to teach our children and young believers God's commandments and principles too.

Radical grace preachers may teach God's commandment subtly but they could have changed it to get the credit for themselves and for their new age revolution
Some radical grace preachers will say, "Of course, we are still teaching our children with the word of God, but it is not God's laws and commandments; or do's and don'ts. Do you know that we would always tell our congregation that WE MUST TEACH OUR CHILDREN to say 'no' to their bad companies, 'no' to drugs, or 'no' to free sex with their friends. Of course, they are waiting for us (parents) to say 'no' to them, so that they can tell their friends, 'My father said, I cannot do this and that .. so that they can easily ward off the temptation to sin. In this way, they will stay godly.. See, we believe in radical grace but we would also teach our children to be godly people.. Who can accuse us for preaching lawless grace or ungodly grace ?" 
I will ask them, Are you saying that this is from your anointed grace teaching or the rhema word which you've received directly from God ? Isn't this simply from God's commandments or the ten commandments when He tells you to say 'no to free sex, no to stealing, no to worship of idols, .. etc' ? If you say that our children need us to say 'no' to them so that they will know how to say 'no' to their friends, God the father has also said 'no' to us. Did we listen to Him while we told our children to us ? In fact, God had said 'no' to Adam. God had given him His command. But did you allow God to say 'no' and give His commandments to you too ? I will tell them, If you would still want to teach your believers or your children to say 'no' or to teach God's laws and commandments like what most traditional churches have been doing, I would suggest you'd better stop preaching radical grace or new age revolution which accuses all the churches for preaching mixture of laws and grace; do's and don'ts; rules and regulations; thou should not do this and that; and many moral values and principles. Otherwise, you would be very hypocritical when you showed others that you yourselves can teach God's laws and commandments; whilst others would become the Pharisees if they do it.

Radical grace preachers may not really know the words of the Lord and do them
I will tell them, You can forget condemning me as the Pharisees because I would be more law-conscious than the Pharisees. I am going to meditate more on the law of God (Psalm 1:1-3) and teach more God's laws and commandments. You can also forget accusing me as the religious believers because I would be more religious than them. I am going to talk more about Christianity and tell people more about sound doctrine, Bible values, godliness, spiritual rules, and moral principles in our lives. If you cannot take it, you can accuse me as the false prophet or the Pharisee. But I will still advice you: Please go and read your Bible and find out who are really the false prophets from the words of the Lord:

• Mat 7:15-24 KJV Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.  (16)  Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?  (17)  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.  (18)  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.  (19)  Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.  (20)  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.  (21)  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.  (22)  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?  (23)  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.  (24)  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
• Luk 6:46-48 KJV  And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?  (47)  Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:  (48)  He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood (false doctrine) arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. (Hence, Jesus said clearly that He would not just want us to have right believing, right faith, right miracles, right preaching, or right confession only; he wants us to have right doing with His words too, because right doing would prove that we are His true disciples on the rock of salvation.)

Jesus has said it very clearly ! If you do not hear His sayings and do them, you could be the false prophets ! If you twist His sayings and tell people to do nothing as though it is doing something, you can't say that you are hearing from Him and doing His words. Jesus said, "You can't gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles". You can't preach something from your own and say that it is from God. You have denied Him and rebelled against His words.

• Isa 30:9-10 KJV  That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:  (10)  Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:

 Radical grace preachers do not know the criteria for grace - repentance

They will say, “Ha ha, didn't I hear you saying that you are more law-conscious than the Pharisees. Yes, indeed you are the Pharisees because you always preach God's laws, many spiritual rules, a lot of repentance, and many criteria for grace. But we do not preach any criteria or any rules for grace. The only criteria or rule we give to our believers is to think of no law, no commandment, no judgement, no condemnation, and hence, no worry. The two Gentiles who were commented by Jesus to have great faith, one a centurion (Mat 8:5) and the other a woman (Mat 15:22), were not law-conscious. But they received great healing and grace. Hence, it shows that the only criteria for grace is just to be grace conscious (or favour conscious), and not law-conscious..”  I will tell them, the two Gentiles knew that Jesus was a repentance preacher and that they were unworthy sinners to ask for healing and grace. They would not dare to think of favour or grace. Hence, how can they be grace conscious? In fact, they were neither law-conscious nor grace conscious when they came before Jesus. They were only repentance conscious. Yes, I agree that it might led them to be grace conscious later, but repentance must be the criteria and grace will follow.

On the other hand, the Pharisees and the Jews were Old covenant conscious, circumcision conscious, blood conscious, ritual conscious, and conscious of their Jewish law. They might be 'favour and grace conscious' too, but it can never lead them to true repentance or grace which would show humility and compassion towards others.

• Mat 18:32-33 KJV  Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:  (33)  Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?

Hence, Jesus had said it very clearly - All sinners must repent for the remission of sins and for grace. And this is still the criteria today. I don't think He would tell us, "Since grace will lead you to repentance, you should just preach grace, instead of repentance". If that was the message, all the Apostles would never preach repentance as the criteria for the remission of sins and grace, like what Peter had preached below. 

• Act 2:37-41 KJV Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? (38) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  (39)  For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.  (40)  And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.  (41)  Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

The Lord's warning against those who preached against His word, His commandments, His warnings, and His call to repentance
I will tell them, If you preached contrary to what Jesus and the Apostles had preached, you have denied the Lord even though you may claim that you have preached the name of Jesus more than others or more beautifully than others. The Lord would still say, "I don't know you." (Mat 7:15-24).
They will argue, "Please read it again. It is for the false prophets. The false prophets are the scribes, the Pharisees, the law-conscious, and the religious. We can never be the false prophets because we believe only in grace. Hence, the rebuke and warning is not applicable to us or to the churches. It is applicable to the people outside the churches. Jesus will never need to preach condemnation and warn His churches with these condemning words." I will tell them, If you deny the Lord, the rebuke and the warning of the Lord would become applicable to you, no matter how tightly you can cup your ears or how vehemently you would deny the teaching of the Lord from His sermon on the mount (Matt 5-7). You have deceived the people by reducing the Lord's sermon to only 'Don't worry' talks or 'prosperity' seminars with just a few selected verses from His sermon eg.  

• Mat 6:33-34 KJV  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.  (34)  Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

But you can't fool us who know that Jesus has given us many more instructions and warnings against the false prophets (Mat 7), the tares (Mat 13), and the antiChrist (Mat 24). Obviously, you have disobeyed Him when you know that He has told you clearly to preach everything from His sermon including His baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of our sins:

• Mat 28:19-20 KJV  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  (20)  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
• Luk 24:45-48 KJV  Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,  (46)  And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:  (47)  And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.  (48)  And ye are witnesses of these things.

The Lord will surely cast out those who twist His words
They will still argue, "We can never be cast out by Jesus because we cast out the devils in His name. Jesus said, Joh 6:37 KJV All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. Hence, we can never be cast out .."
I will tell them, There is no point keep preaching that Jesus can never cast out anybody because He has never made such promise or preached the gospel in this way. On the contrary, He always said, "You must repent, do the will of the Father, or keep His commandment, .. or else .., I will cast you out, .. I do not know you, .. I will spit you out.." In fact, He knew that false prophets in the end time will argue, "I have cast out the devils in His name. I can do this and do that in His name.." and they will deceive many that they can never be cast out by Jesus. But Jesus has prophesied and would say to them, I do not know you .. : 

• Mat 7:15-24 KJV (15) Beware of false prophets, which come to you..  (22) Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?  (23)  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity .. 
• Rev 2:4-5 KJV  (4) Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. (5) Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
• Rev 2:16 KJV  Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
• Rev 3:15-16 KJV  I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.  (16)  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

We must still do God's laws and commandments under the New covenant
Please read Rev 2:4-5 again:
Rev 2:4-5 KJV  (4) Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. (5) Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
But what did the Lord mean when He talked about our first love or our first works? I believe that He will not ask us to do something which is not revealed to us through His words. Hence, I believe that it is about His great commandments:

• 1st love: To love God with all your hearts: Mat 22:36-38 KJV  Master, which is the great commandment in the law?  (37)  Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.  (38)  This is the first and great commandment.
• 1st works: Mat 22:39 KJV  And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Luk 10:36-37 KJV  Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?  (37)  And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

Did God tell us to preach radical grace?
They will argue, "We have stopped preaching like you. We would never preach warnings and repentance like yours to threaten the people. Instead we preach radical grace.."
I will ask them, Grace is enough. Why do you want to preach radical grace or preach grace radically? They will say, "No, preaching grace or preaching repentance is still not enough. God told me that I must preach radical grace; otherwise, people's lives will not truly change. They will not truly repent or metanoia.." I will tell them, I don't know which God told you that grace is not enough but my Bible tells me that grace is enough, and it must be preached with repentance from sins or turning from sins:

• 2Co 12:9-11 KJV  And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.  (10)  Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.  (11)  I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing.
• Luk 3:3 KJV  And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins; ....  Luk 24:47 KJV  And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
• Act 3:19-26 KJV  Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; .. (26) Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
• Luk 11:1-4 KJV  And it came to pass, .. one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.  (2)  And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.  (3)  Give us day by day our daily bread.  (4)  And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. (This is a prayer of repentance for the disciples, but please ask yourselves why did Jesus tell them to confess their sins daily? Radical grace preachers may argue that they do not have to pray in this way because they are under the New Covenant. However, I will ask them, If you don't pray in this manner, do you think that you have no more sins to confess or you will never sin?)
   

Most sinners do not need radical grace; they need repentance 
Hence, I would think that radical grace is not for the normal sinners like us; radical grace is for a certain groups of sinners or 'believers'. They are:

1. the sinners who are unrepentant It is for those who are afraid or unwilling to repent from their sins. Hence, they would believe radical grace as the solution to no condemnation without repentance from their sins. They claimed that they would repent after they have received radical grace; but it is only an excuse. Please think, If they have problem even to confess repentance or indicate their willingness to turn away from their sins by just obeying or keeping the words of the Lord, do you think, they will obey God's commandments, do repentance, or recompense their victims later? It is a big question mark which only they themselves can answer.
2. the believers who are self-righteous I don't think that any believers in Christ can claim that they have no sin or can never sin, in reality and in scripture: 

• In reality, we have found many radical grace believers and even preachers who sin, misappropriate funds, covet for things, and commit adulteries too. Can they argue that none of their sinful acts are sins in the eyes of God just because they are very special, very favoured, or under grace? No. Can the pastors excommunicate all the adulterers or sinners and boast that their churches are still very pure and can never sin because radical grace have given everyone of them the real power to sin no more? No. Just apply some common reasoning. If they would still insist that they are very righteous and would have no more need to confess sins, they are lying. 
• In scripture, God would expose their lies too:  1Jn 1:7-10 KJV  But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.  (8)  If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  (9)  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  (10)  If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. Radical grace preachers would argue, "Did you read (v7)? It says that the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we are cleansed from all sin, we should have no no more sin. Why do we still confess sin?" I will ask them, Did you read the beginning of (v7) ? It says, If we walk in the light .. So, if we do not walk in the light, His blood cannot cleanse us. That's why we need to repent and confess sin because we may not walk in the light, even though we are believers. To walk in the light is to maintain an attitude of repentance and readiness to confess or admit sin if we know that we have sinned. They will argue, "That is very cumbersome. Why must God make it so difficult for us. What if we forgotten to repent? Are we still saved?" I will tell them, Only the unrepentant will think that it is cumbersome. Repentance begins with an attitude. If you find that repentance is cumbersome and difficult, it would be even more difficult when you need to do something, recompense, or turn away from an existing sinful practice. They will argue again, "But confessing sin in Luk 11:1-4 and 1 John 1:9 is not for the believers. It is for the sinners. I can prove to you which verse in the 1 John 1 is for the believers and which verse in the same chapter is for the non-believers." I will tell them, I am not interested to know which verse is for the believers, non-believers, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, grandfather, grandmother, ... etc. All I know is: If you sin, you are still a sinner and 1 John 1:9 is still for you. If you still want to argue, Please argue with the Lord who told you to repent and confess your sin. If you think that you can never sin or fall just because you can call His name without doing or keeping His words, the Lord has more words for many who think like you. In the end time, they will be many believers, or even preachers and pastors, who would just want to hear the Lord or call the Lord, but refuse to do and teach His words: Mat 7:21-24 KJV  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.  (22)  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?  (23)  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.  (24)  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
